Mark C. McKaig is a Partner at Centurion Wealth Management, bringing over two decades of experience in financial planning and wealth management.

He works closely with professionals and corporate executives across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to develop customized financial strategies aligned with their long-term goals. His approach incorporates investment planning, retirement strategies, risk management, and tax-aware guidance to support clients in navigating complex financial decisions.

Mark began his career in the legislative and regulatory sectors, spending six years on Capitol Hill. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of public policy and its impact on financial markets. His attention to detail and ability to communicate complex topics clearly are central to his planning process and continue to shape how he supports clients in building and preserving wealth.

In 2016, Mark became a Partner at Centurion Wealth Management, joining forces with co-founders Wendy Payne and Sterling Neblett. The three had worked alongside each other professionally for nearly a decade and shared a clear vision for delivering thoughtful, client-centered financial planning. Their collaboration has helped drive Centurion’s reputation as a firm focused on practical, personalized wealth solutions.
