Jill Grimes serves as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Director of Operations at Centurion Wealth Management. With a diverse career background and a commitment to professional growth, she plays a pivotal role in supporting the firm's mission to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest ethical standards.

Jill began her career in hospitality management before transitioning to the financial services industry, where she discovered her passion for financial planning, investment management, and tax planning. Over two decades with a leading RIA firm in Tysons Corner, she honed her expertise in developing operational infrastructure to support service professionals and enhance client experience.

As Director of Operations, Jill leads critical internal processes that drive Centurion’s success. She ensures operational efficiency while fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment for the team. She is deeply committed to developing and growing the team, recognizing that their success is integral to the firm's achievements.

 

In her role as Chief Compliance Officer, Jill oversees Centurion's regulatory efforts with precision and diligence. Her deep understanding of industry standards and proactive approach ensures the firm's adherence to complex regulations and its commitment to ethical operations.

 

Jill’s dedication to continuous learning is evident in her recent completion of an Executive Leadership MBA from James Madison University. This achievement reflects her drive to strengthen her leadership capabilities and contribute valuable insights to Centurion’s strategic direction.

 

Jill’s focus on operational excellence and regulatory integrity underscores her essential role in supporting Centurion’s growth and commitment to serving clients with integrity and professionalism.

 

In her spare time, Jill enjoys being outdoors, tending to her family's small farm in Western Loudoun County which currently includes chickens and two dogs. Her family is her highest priority and calling, as she dedicates herself to her marriage, raising her children, and cherishes the precious time she spends with her two grandchildren.
