JILL H GRIMES – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Jill Grimes serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Centurion Wealth Management. With over two decades of experience in financial services, Jill contributes to the firm’s ongoing efforts to maintain sound business practices and deliver thoughtful operational support.

Jill began her career in hospitality management before transitioning into the financial services industry, where she developed a focus on business operations and regulatory compliance. During her 20-year tenure at a registered investment advisory firm in Tysons Corner, she was involved in building and managing the operational systems that supported advisors and enhanced internal efficiency.

As COO at Centurion, Jill helps oversee internal processes that support the firm's day-to-day functions. She works to keep workflows structured and collaborative, contributing to the firm’s operational consistency.

In her capacity as CCO, Jill is responsible for Centurion’s compliance program and regulatory oversight. Her understanding of industry regulations helps the firm meet its compliance responsibilities while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Jill holds an Executive Leadership MBA from James Madison University, reflecting her interest in professional development and leadership in the financial services field.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and values her roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother.
